Founded in 1969 by Charles Dove, Dove Construction has a rich legacy rooted in passion and dedication. Charles, an Air Force veteran with experience on the Redstone Arsenal, channeled his love for hands-on work into the construction industry. Over the years, the Dove family has played an integral role in the company's evolution.

Charles' son, Mike, took charge of the Home Inspection company that Charles initiated, ensuring a seamless transition of expertise within the family. During summers, Charles's grandsons contributed their efforts, fostering a sense of family tradition. As Charles aged, his grandson Aaron recognized the need to step up. Leveraging his real estate background, hands-on experience with his grandfather, and a team of devoted individuals treated as family, Aaron propelled the company forward.

After several fruitful yet demanding years, Aaron welcomed his brother, Austin, to the team. Their collaboration capitalized on each other's strengths, propelling Dove Construction to new heights. Today, the Dove Construction family has expanded to include April, Charles Dove's granddaughter, as well as spouses and great-grandchildren. The company's future growth extends to the establishment of the Gulf Shores Division, with plans for additional locations on the horizon. The Dove Construction journey continues, driven by a commitment to excellence and a family legacy of craftsmanship.
